Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using ReachPilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service description
ReachPilot is a desktop tool for managing authorized Gmail sending accounts and sending messages through Google's Gmail API. Features may change between versions.
3. Accounts and authorization
You must be authorized to access every Google account you connect. You are responsible for protecting your computer, keeping account credentials private, and reviewing the permissions you grant. You may revoke access through Google Account settings.
4. Acceptable use
Use ReachPilot lawfully and in accordance with Google's terms, Gmail policies, applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, and any consent or opt-out obligations that apply to your messages.
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or fraudulent messages.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk email or contact people in ways prohibited by law or provider policy.
- Do not bypass Gmail sending limits, rate limits, security protections, or enforcement actions.
- Use accurate sender information and honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests where required.
5. Third-party services
ReachPilot uses Google OAuth and Gmail API services. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms and policies. Google may change, limit, suspend, or revoke API access independently of ReachPilot.
6. No delivery guarantee
ReachPilot does not guarantee that messages will be accepted, delivered, or placed in recipients' inboxes. Sending limits, spam filtering, account status, connectivity, and third-party decisions may affect delivery.
7. Availability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachPilot is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing messages before sending.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
You may stop using the application at any time and remove its local data. These terms may be updated as the application changes.
